Robo-call claimed to be from CRA, and claimed that CRA was initiating a lawsuit against me because they had not received any response to any of the notices that they sent to me and that I should call back at this number.
THIS IS A SCAM !!!
Of course, a government, which does not respect the tax-payer, will be quite happy to allow this kind of scam to continue as it has for years.

robo call claiming CRA was issuing a warrant for my arrest as I hadn't responded to previous claims. Same as other reports filed here. Effective today Bell and Rogers should be filtering these calls and with Telus you can implement their new "Call Control" feature. With Call Control on, when a caller phones you for the first time, they’ll be prompted to enter a number on their keypad. If they enter it successfully, the call will go through to you, and they won’t be prompted again (as long as they’re one of your 25 most recent callers). If they fail to enter the correct number, they’ll hear an automatic message that they’ve been prevented from reaching you. This screening process prevents robocalls from getting through, and is simple enough for real-life callers to pass.
