Received a call from officer Jason White on my answering machine.  I  called back but no answer, realized that the accent is strange .  called 911 to report who knew petfectly the case..... it s a scam...

I got a message on the machine... he called me back a second time. He had a strong West Indian accent so I couldn't understand anything he told me (I have an accent too so no worries)... and I told him that I couldn't understand a word of what he was saying... and that he had the wrong person. He continued.. a real bully... scared my daughters with his message....

This guy called twice.  The first time, my son answered and the guy didn't talk.  He then called back and my son didn't answer.  That's when he left a message - warrant for your arrest and physical property.  Important to call him back today.
Figured it was a scam.

Got this exact message on my phone...

II receive a phone call of the sate nature which said:
that he was from  the from the canada renvenu agency of canada  agent  Jason White
saying that my property was under investigation to call right away as it's an emergency.

My son and his family just received a call just like this and is now calling the RCMP. THANKS FOR YOUR INFO.

Got a message called back. Said there was an arrest warrant and seize assets etc. Asked me for my address and name. I asked him for the social insurance number that this pertained to. He began threatening me with arrest if I didn't go to a bank and send 4250 and than they would send a letter to sign and return. When asked for the social insurance number this case was regarding he and his east indian partner said stay on the phone and go to the bank within 45min or they would arrest me. He didn't have my sin number and said I had to update my address. I told him if he's CRA they would have my sin number and present address. F#/! Scam. I would like 10 minutes in a locked room with this piece of sh#@ so I could put him in traction for 4250 days.

Also, got the call from Jason White.  He doesn't know my name or doesn't mention it.  He says he has a warrant for my arrest, but there are more than one adult in the house.  Which one?  What a jerk.  I hope the scammers get caught.

Got a call from Officer Jason White from the Tax crime Department investigation from the CRA.   Said they was an arrest warrant out for me and my physical property was under investigation and he needed to hear back from me today.   Never once said with my husbands or my name.

Me too, just received a call this am from this guy.. disturbing and not cool.   Did you guys report him?

I also got the same thing today. reported to the RCMP.

I had a call from this number and he said He was from the CRA & they have an arrest warrant. He just kept saying I was a criminal. When I said CRA doesn't work like this, he said "that's it I'm sending a police officer to arrest you for arguing with the Canadian Government". When I asked him for a Case number and details he said then quit interrupting me and listen. Give me 15 minutes to explain it to you." I kept asking pushing him that this is not how CRA works and he called to someone in the background, saying, "send officers to arrest him". Someone with the same accent said he was sending a police officer, and he hung up on me.

When this is a regular number, why aren't the CRA & RCMP following up?

these guys steal legit phone #s and piggy back of of them.  The phone companies cant stop this as the fraud artists are smarter then them and besides, the phone companies make money of of them so they don't want to do any thing about it because it cuts into their profit.

Thanks all you guys for starting this page, when I got the call on my answering machine same call and aggressive, I immediately keyed in Revenue Canada and Officer Jason White.  This page came up. I called the number back 613-454-1568 and left a message telling him I had talked to the police, which I did, and they would be calling him.  Thanks again all you guys, keep these thugs at bay.  He frightened me, I thought someone in my family was in trouble first.

Got a call on my machine from 613-499-9809 saying he was from CRA, there was a warrant for my arrest. I called back and the number couldn't receive incoming calls. I was upset, called a friend and asked if I should turn myself in. I called a friend who looked it up and discovered it was a scam. I will call and report him to the number on this site. Thanks for the info.

Received a message from East Indian person claiming to be with CRA (613-686-3104) claiming I need to call back and it was time sensitive. I called back and he claimed to be from the legal department for Revenue Canada claiming I owe money. He did not verify proper procedures as a business would. He was aggressive and told me that my file would be sent to the RCMP and that they will be coming to arrest me. I asked what his name was and he replied "Danial Wilson". The message left initially was "Danial Murphy". I asked for his ID and he replied "55236". I asked for a supervisor and he replied "I can't give that to you". I then hung up the phone.
I inquired with CRA and they have nothing on file pertaining this call. If you get a call or know someone that experienced this, please call the RCMP and link them to this website. Let's catch these people.
