 I love these guys. They call from every area code in the U.S.  You block one number they call from another.  What doesn't make any sense to me is, credit card companies make their money from people not paying their bill on time.  If everybody payed it on time the phone idiots wouldn't have a job.  One thing about it, they love to call on saturday and sunday. You think their getting paid overtime.

I received the first call this number on 6/9, I said hello the phone hung up. I get three or four calls a day. Can this be stopped. My bill is paid and up to date.

A man is suing a debt collection company for allegedly failing to cease phone calls after he filed a civil action.

Ricky Henderson filed a lawsuit Dec. 13 in the Putnam County Circuit Court against Comenity Bank, citing violations of the state Consumer Credit and Protection Act, negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy.

The complaint states the defendant is in the business of debt collection and was attempting to collect a debt from Henderson. According to the complaint, the defendant began engaging in collection attempts through phone calls and written communication to Henderson both before and after Henderson had retained counsel.

Henderson says on July 5, he filed a civil action against the defendant for all communications made prior to July 5. He says after the action was served, the defendant continued to cause approximately 100 telephone calls to be placed.

Henderson is seeking a judgement for an undisclosed amount of damages. He is being represented in the case by attorneys Benjamin Sheridan and Mitchell Lee Klein of Klein and Sheridan LC.

This number has been calling me multiple times a day for the past 3 days & each time I answer they hangup on me. They don't leave messages & they just come up as an unknown caller on my caller ID. It's really frustrating me that they are harassing me with calls & not telling me whyy they're calling!

They are a credit card processing bank. They own the cards under VIctoria Secret, Bath & Beauty, and Express, among others.  Most are stores like these.  If you are 1 or more days late they will call and keep calling until you schedule or make a payment.  If you don't get behind in your bills, they won't call.

calls from 614-212-7431/7530( Search2close) several times a day,I do not answer unknown  company or person, if they do not leave a message.

Was out of town for 10 days over Thanksgiving holiday, 2015.  Found numerous calls per day on my phone while away from this company, caller ID:  SEARCH2CLOSE,  phoe number 614-212-7531.  Claimed to be Comenity Bank.  I had just paid my bill in full quite early so didn't understand call.  Found out from another company, First Financial,  who also called me the same way and time,  that they mis-identified me as another person with same name (although different middle initial) who lives in same town who does owe money to someone.  I am really annoyed about this!  Why don't these entities properly and thoroughly research and identify the people they call?

I get numerous calls from them morning noon and night.  I don't answer as I never heard of search2close. Guess their catchy name is supposed to scare me.  I do owe money but tried to work something out and had no luck. I am having severe financial difficulties. They reworked my medicaid now i get 16 dollars a month in food stamps rather than 130.00 and the cut my medicaid i have a hearing 6 weeks from now.  My meds alone cost over 600.00 and now no transportation because no medicaid. I have not walked in 8 years how am i supposed to get to my drs.  Crying now......

ignore them...block them...they are sharks and emotion less. nothing is more important than your health...I have been where you are. screw your credit score, that can be repaired someday if need be.  your health and well being is all that matters.  God bless you 😇🙏🏼

This is a collection company, my Carsons Charge card 2 days late on my monthly payment. They were able to process my payment over the phone, as they already have my checking account info on file. Convenient

The thing that bothers me is they continue to call even after you pay!

They call 3-4 times a day.  Won't leave a message and I won't pick up.  Annoying.

I got a call today from 614-212-7530 I didn't get to the phone in time and they hung up I called back and they said they are from Comenity Bank and I had issue with a charge card .She asked my name I wasn't going to give it to her but I did she asked my phone number .I told her to take me off the calling list she said if it was her she would want to know if there is a problem with my account she said they handle 150 cards she started name off cards I never heard of them she named 1 Bosvoc and I know I am not having any trouble with them .Then she asked for my address and my Social Scurity last 4 numbers .I hung up on her .This place has been calling us everyday and I want it to stop.

CAlled but didn't say a darn thing.  one call in morning.

I have received three calls in the past hour from this company.  They do not leave a message. It is Comenity Bank. They call continuously from multiple numbers which I keep blocking from my phone. I have one account with them.  My payment is not due until the 19th of the month (in 15 days!) I have an automatic debit set up for the account to come out on the 19th.  These people are harassing, it is out of control!

They also take care of medical payment.

Called refused to say who they were unless I provided them my name and address. I ask don't you know you called me. Was then told by " Melvin" he was asking the questions. I then terminated the call. As I owe no one anything not sure what they wanted.
