Just received a call from this number. It was an automated message from Verizon informing me of the delinquent status of my mobile phone account. It is legit, I missed my last bill, oops!

Please be careful answering some of the numbers claiming to be Verizon . I have recieved calls and texts from fake Verizon numbers wanting a payment.

Legit. I'm late on my bill. These guys are pretty lenient also, I need to call them back.

They say verizon always late on my bill but they never call. Or send a text to say my bill is late. The only text I get is when my data is over and when they taken my payment out. So they should not be calling at all. Plusvfrom a local number. When I get a call from verizon it's not a local number.

The message states they are Verizon.  I am periodically "late" on my payment. But, i have never received a call from them.  Why from a local 614 number ? No one from a local Verizon store would be calling....odd

Asked for Mr. or Mrs. MaidenName... Been married a while and my father passed away 11 years ago. I have AT&T (since having a cell phone) so there's no reason for Verizon to be calling me. Also had to say "hello" four times before he realized I had answered, telltale sign of a telemarketer

Nope. Not Verizon. My bill is up to date w no issues. Verizon will leave an automated message if your bill is late.  This poser did not leave a message. Typical telemarketer.

Just got this call claiming to be verizon (it was automated) my bill is up to date though. They asked me to confirm if I was someone who wasn't me, so I just hung up. I was scared it was something to do with identity theft.

It's Verizon to call about late precious payments. They will leave a voice mail saying to call an 1-800 number and then enter your phone number for reference.

The 'only' message left was 51 seconds of continuous music (on voicemail).

Received a call from this number on my landline.  it was a recording saying my Verizon bill was past due, which it is not.  Hung up, called Verizon.  They said they would never call a landline for payment!

It is Verizon.  Just a reminder call.  However....  They call so many times in a day.  Sometimes one call immediately after another.  Too much!  I'm aware of my bill.  They also send reminder texts and emails.  It's overkill!

It's not Verizon. Scammers trying to get your credit card number. They have been calling me 3-4 times a day and I will make it my lives work to find these people and beat the crap out of them.

Just Tell them if they Don't Stop Verizon will lose an customer!!
