I just got one.  I ignored the call and they left the same message as BobSWFL on 9/3.  I've gotten a number of these of the last year from various phone numbers (area codes in MI, IL, IN, and others).

Just keep reporting these numbers, folks.

I just got a call about a credit card to lower my interest to 6.9% but they do not mention what company and it asked me to press 1 to speak to a representative before I could press one the call dropped since I was in an area where my calls usually drop but its good I didn't press it!

Interesting timing to see postings within 20 minutes of my call.  I did check caller ID and, not knowing the number, ignored the call.  (My cell phone plan is pay-as-you-go, which would have cost me $0.25, so I'm glad I didn't answer.)

This is obviously a scam to steal your credit card information. They make random calls to people claiming to be you're credit card company. The reason they hang up when you say you don't have any credit cards or ask what company their from is because their con artists, not any real company at all. I can't believe more people don't realize this. Don't give them any information

I just got the same phone call from 6144831954, but the call dropped when I pressed 1.  You should all go to the link below and complain about the Robocall.  You can make a complaint even if you are not on the do not call list as long as its a Robocall.  I just made my complaint and the more evidence they have the better the chances they will pursue this further.

got a call from 614-483-1954 telling me about offers to lower  my credit card interest rate. When i asked which company he represented and which of my visa cards he was referencing he got upset, raised his voice and said just give me your card number. I declined and he hang up. He spoke too fast i couldnt even get his name or company. I dont wish to be called  and am not interested in any deals to lower my interest rate.

I'm a Wounded Warrior and the keep calling my Gov. Cell. I just turned CID onto them so we should get results pretty soon. I hope they end up being some guys sweet thing in the pen when it is over and done with.

called my cell, about lowering interest rates, I dont have and credits cards pressed one to talk to  a person told him I wanted his name and # so I could report them, he put me on hold the hung up. I have report I already filed a complaint two times with this company on the national do not call registry so we will see if anything happens

I recieved a call from this number today to my mobile.  They asked if I wanted to lower my rates, but they don't know what credit cards you have etc.  I asked MANY times what company he worked for, but he kept saying he worked for the cardmember services department and refused to answer what company he worked for.  When I warned him that I was a lawyer and would investigate him if he didn't answer my question, he ended the call.

Use extreme caution.

I get a call from this number at least once a day!!! How do I stop it??

Received a call from this number on my cell, did not recognize it so I let it go to voicemail.  If I don't recognize the number, I let them leave a message.  If they don't, it's not important and not worth my time.

I got a call from these guys on my cell phone and pressed 1 to ell them that this is a cell phone and it is illegal to solicit private cell numbers. The guy started SWEARING AT ME!!! "What are you talking about private f**king cell phone?! I'll call you every f**king day B**ch!" I REALLY want to get a hold of these people to that [***] can get fired!

I was at work today when I noticed I had missed a call on my personal cell.  My only surviving relative lives in Columbus Ohio (where this call is from), and she has been battling Stage 4 bone cancer.  Since I never receive calls from Columbus, I automatically assumed the worst, and was afraid she had passed away.  I tried calling the number back, but it said it was not "accepting incoming calls".  I was a nervous wreck, and crying because "I just knew" this call was about her.  I was so torn up, my husband had to call my relative from a project (we work for the same company) and make sure she was okay.  Since he couldn't get through right away, it made me more convinced that someone was calling to tell me bad news.  Meanwhile, I sat in my bosses office sobbing.

You know, I really get sick of telemarketing calls, telemarketing texts, and useless calls that are totally not worth my minutes on my cell plan.  I just wonder if these people KNOW or even CARE that due to their annoying antics, someone can really have a bad day, or have the scare of their lives. These people need to realize, if we want to TALK to you or LISTEN to what you have to say . . . we'll CALL YOU!  Otherwise, LEAVE US ALONE!

I didn't wait for the whole robo-script to speak, so I'm glad after reading these comments that I didn't press the 1.  I did follow your advice, though, and filed my complaint with the donotcall.gov website.  This lousy robocaller cost me prepaid cellphone time and I had registered my prepaid cellphone number with the do not call list immediately when that list became available.  Anyway, my complaint has been added and I hope those robocallers get at least whatever they deserve.

I answered, they said  "in reference to your current credit card", so I pressed 1 just to see who this is, she answered, sounded professional, when I asked what card they were referring to she hung up on me!  I tried to call her back to give her a piece of my mind, but call wont go through!  What is wrong with people!!

I just received a call as well. I pressed 1 and "Albert" asked if I pressed 1 to lower my interest and I said yes.  He asked if I had more than $1,000 in credit card debt.  I said I wanted to know how he got my number and he said it was automatically dialed.  I asked who he was with and he said "Account Services."  I said with which credit card.  He asked if I had heard of the new credit card law that was passed in February.  I said yes and he said it was regarding that.  I told him I needed to know some information about him and he laughed.  He said something about being new but when I asked for his supervisor, he said he was the supervisor.  I said I wanted to know the name of his company and their address.  Again he laughed and said it was a security risk for his employees.  I said a security risk for your employees?  You are asking for my credit card information and it is a security risk for your employees.  I hung up.
