It constantly calls me and hangs up. Then when I call back I get put on hold. I'm just gonna block it. Whatever they have to say must not be that important

Constantly called, never left a voicemail. I finally called back and was immediately connected with someone who would only give me their name (not what company/organization they are representin) and not tell me anything about why they wanted to speak with me until I confirmed I was who they were trying to reach. All they would tell me was that it was a "personal matter". I told them to stop calling me and they said ok.

Number has called multiple times and no voice mail, called them back and got a voice recording saying they needed to speak with me over a personal matter. No need to call back, block this number

they keep calling here a lot of time and they wont stop calling I am tired of this , ask for name and adderss and ssn I wont tell them  I am sick of this..... wonder where did they got the number

I get this call all the time and I'm usually not home so it leaves a blank message so, I feel if it was something legit they would leave a formal message. I will not waste my time to call back either,i'm not important enough to leave a message, then they damn sure ain't worth my time. I have a magic number wonder how they got it?

It's a collection agency, though I have no idea which one. They called here this morning asking for the previous tenant, who moved out nine years ago (I only knew his name because I got some of his mail for several weeks after moving in). Every few months I'll start getting collection calls for that man, and I used to call the agencies back to explain why they have the wrong number; usually the receptionist was friendly and agreed to remove my number, but something called a "computerized skip trace system" (explained here: http://credit.about.com/od/debtcollection/qt/ ... ction-Calls.htm) put my number right back on their list a few months later. Now that I have a call-blocking machine, I just blacklist the agencies instead of futilely calling them back. This collection agency was probably one I've called a dozen times before, anyway. :P

Called hang up. called back 2x and said if you really need me and our a legit company leave a message or stop calling me.
