This is a scam. No one should be asking you personal health questions over phone unless it's your doctor or your hospital. Check HIPAA LAWS. If you are curious, do some research on them before calling back. They will say they're from the CDC or whatever to get your information.

Received a call 12-20-18 @ 12:20 PM did not answer, do not know the number or caller. Caller ID said Ohio Department. Left no message. They have called before with same results. Must be a scam! I miss not being able to slam the phone down in their ear!.

Called last night & wanted to do a survey.  Told them I didn't have time but would call them back.  They gave me another number to call which was 877-551-6138.  I asked for a local Ohio number and the caller said they were not located in Ohio but were under contract with Ohio Department of Health and that the actual company was ABT Associates.

I have been receiving calls from these PESTS for about a month. After the second call with no message left, I blocked the number. Nevertheless, I receive these annoying, harassing calls at least 3 calls a day, not to mention all of the other pests and scams out there. I have 181 calls blocked as of today.

It's a scam to record your voice

Just got a call from this number, claiming to be the Ohio Department of Health. Didn't get very far because the guy's connection was horrible and I could barely make out any words after the identification. Guess I didn't miss anything! Got no info from me

I have been getting these calls for awhile and usually late at night. I usually mute the ringer and just let it go. This time, I was in the other room and didn't grab the phone to mute it. It was on about it's 15th ring when I picked it up and in a gruff voice said "FBI".  Dead air. I said "I know where the call is coming from" and hung up. Will it deter them? Probably not.

Just received a call from Ohio department at 8:18pm.  They call several times a day.  I have answered, but no one on the line and hang up.  Never leave a message.

This is a survey call, conducted by a third party, on behalf of the Ohio Department of Health. It is required, by law, to be conducted and does not apply to the same rules a telemarketer (or similar) may have to follow. Therefore, calls may be generated on days/hours that may not seem typical.
