- Annoyed as HELL![***] idiots! I called the number back and asked them why they called my cell phone they claim they don't have that number in their system. I asked them what do they do and they said they are a bank. World Financial Federal Bank. So I said "ok, what do you DO?" He said "we do what banks do" So I said "so are you saying that someone would have a checking and savings account with you?" he says "no that's not what I'm saying." So I said "WHY WOULD YOU BE CALLING MY PHONE?" he says "are you sure that is the number that was dialed?" I said "I hit re-dial, I already said that, are you not listening to what I'm saying?"
Basically, they are bill collectors that don't want to blow their cover..[***] [***]! - mewere so quiet I couldn't hear them. When I said "I cant hear you" she hung up.

- CPThey kept calling and I finally called back...they insisted I must know some "Amy" which I don't. I asked them to please note it was the wrong number, and was told "if we find out you are or know Amy, we'll call again", then told me that she may have used my phone!
They assume I'm lying rather than that they have the wrong number.- Caller: World Financial Bank

- manwell this sucks.. I just got a new number and apparently I am on their list I googled the number before calling back and found this forum. Looks like I'll have some calling to do. Did a free reverse look up and figure out it was an Ohio number.
- Do not pick up. Period! Some stupid dude, asking for some lady. I couldn't even hear the name he was saying. He mumbled the name, and I knew it was not my name. I have no business with this company, the World Financial Bank with Victoria's Secret. He said the call was "urgent", but did not even bother to give details. First of all, I dont' even have a Victoria's secret card. He told me to call back, at like 800 number with an extension. I heard about this phone fraud, where a person calls the number and it charges your phone bill, some even costing thousands of dollars. Just do not pick up. It's too risky. I didn't bother to call back. It doesn't bother me. Don't let it bother you.
This is probably some type of spam. Always look up unknown numbers first. Do not bother to pick up if it is very unfamiliar, or if it's not even from the same area code you are from.
Also, if it's even important, that person should leave you a voicemail or try recalling.
Glad I found this site btw. Hope these guys stop if they're still bothering you.- Caller: World Financial Bank

- Do not pick up. Period!also, why would he tell you to call one number (the 800 with a damn extension) when he's calling from a freakin 614 number??
Be more cautious! Do not give out personal information. Not yours! Of other people's private info! I heard they asked for other ppl's info too. Like if you know an "anna". Please do not bother to speak to them! It's FRAUDULANT ppl trying to dig up more information. Be safe.- Caller: World Financial Bank

- This company sucks! This number keeps calling me...Now, I DO have an account with VS, but I called and applied and PAID for their hardship program, and this damn collection company wants me to pay off....Why would I pay to have my payments deferred if I could afford to pay up straight away?!

- plwill not stop calling asks for a different person everytime,, harrassing
- mildly upsetThey called me twice unfortunantely, I was unable to get at the phone. So I called them asking them why they called my cellphone. They gave some bullsh*t excuse telling me how my number wasn't in their phone system. So I recieve another call a day later, and then I put them on hold and they never called back since. (1 month)
- JoeSame crap as above. They called as the World Financial Bank, ask them some questions, she got snippy, didn't know my phone number. Ok guys thanks for the info, but I don't have a Victoria Secret Account either. Probably a big scam.
- Caller: World Financial Bank
- Dan| 3 repliesCalled them back and they said they were looking for Ashli Maxton. Advised this was a pre-paid cell phone and they no longer had that number. Said they would take my number off the list. Rep did not get upset snippy or anything. I told them which number had called me. Very nice. We'll see if they take my number off.
