I have received calls from this number 16 times since 4/14/16 - 4/18/16.  The caller ID printed is Comenity.  I have received 17 calls from 614-754-4056 also identified as Comenity since 4/14/16 - 4/18/16.

Keeps calling and no one is there.

I don't have a VS card, so I won't be paying anyone else's bill just to get them to stop calling. Here's the deal, they are allowed to call in an attempt to collect a debt. But they actually have to tell you that is why they are calling. They can't just keep calling non-stop throughout the day, never leaving a message, switching numbers up. That practice is a violation of the Fair Credit and Collections Act. So, stop snapping at people to pay their bills. Regardless if they owe or not, this type of harassment has the potential to nullify the debt due to violating the act mentioned above.

Comenity starts calling at 8:00 AM. They call at least 3-4 times a day at all hours. Leaves no message. I have blocked 5 of the numbers they call from, and a couple days later they are getting through by using yet another different number!! Total pain and so annoying.

if your 16, you should make sure someone hasn't used your name or phone number for a line of credit somewhere.
