This website has NOTHING to do with the bank.  Contact the bank by certified mail to cease communication with you.

FYI friends: go read the FDCPA. If you receive more than three calls a day (to one number), outside of the hours of 8am-9pm, that is legally harassment and a violation if the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act).

What if they have the wrong number/person? They call me back to back, starting at 8am and ending a 9pm, looking for someone else. I told them that, that I never hear of this person nor do they live here. That did not stop them from calling, hell they picked up the pace if anything! They leave nasty voice mails, treating law suits,(by the way, they can not do that, unless really coming to do it)!

I pay my bills on time, but i'm still getting these fools calling me, all times of day and night!
And even if I was  the person that they were looking for, hard times fall on everyone at sometime, they best be nice or they may end up calling themselves!

Yupers these sobs are calling none stop it's hard to get any home studies in...

Same fuckgen thing is happening to me, and it's annoying.

Caller calls several times a day from 8 - 9.00 p.m. Does not leave a message.

I keep getting these calls also from the Comenity the phone number is 1-614-729-6034 they also use 6035 and I just filled bankruptcy I called it, because they left no message, and I have my application floating out there that why I called it back, and yes it is a recording about Victoria, Sears, JC Penny ect.  They have called my phone 10 times in one day. My number is on the national do not call list and still get calls.

I have had six missed calls from this number in the past two days.  I have called  back and get an automated service.  At times I have tried to answer the call, but no one is on the line.  A few minutes ago, I had another call from 303 255-5001...same company, same automated service.  I'm beyond annoyed!!

Many calls with a small time frame! It seems almost borderline harassment! If you really want to get in touch with us, please leave a message. We will not answer to an unknown number!

these people have been calling me from 303-255-5001,614-2127505 continuously for weeks. I don't have any store cards. They never answer or leave a message so I don't know what they want. I quit answering but it drives me and my family crazy,especially when the ringing of phone wakes up my 3 year old granddaughter.How do you stop these people?

I was getting calls from Comenity several times a day, I called them back at the number they called me at and pressed 0.  I told her to take me off the calling list as I don't have any accounts with them, they were trying to reach the former owner of our telephone number, which we have only had a few weeks.  

I didn't know the said bank until today.They said I owe them money for Ann Tayer's Clothes. I checked my receipt, I paid them in my debit card. They wanted my home address, I didn't give them. I think I just opened a Loft card, but I haven't activated it. From that on, they have called my cell phone for several months, several times a day.I design my cell phone mute and just delete their numbers. Now I want to sue them, using the above useful information to ask them to pay me back. Do I have right to do so?
