This is World Financial Bank. They are the financial institution responsible for many corportation's credit accounts. I had completely forgot about my Express bill, so I'm glad they called me. The person was very nice and was more than kosher with noting my account to stop further calls when I told him I would make my payment online instead of through the phone with them. Don't be afraid to answer; maybe they have the wrong number, and if you never answer to tell them that, then you will continue to get the calls.

This number (new today) along side with another number (1-614-212-7507) call me 2-4 times between 7:00am and 9:00am and another 3-6 times before 9pm.  I know they run Pacific Sunwear accounts, Victoria's Secret accounts, etc.  But I am not behind on payments or am over my credit limit--in fact I usually have them paid off.  Regardless, they STILL call me like this--5 to 10 times a day!

I just started getting calls from this number too. There was a different 614 number that had other complaints the same as these. I have my account through a debt management and they told me they would keep bugging me until I gave them a payment. Too bad that's what the debt managemnt is for and they have been cashing every single payment they get. JERKS!!!!

READ THIS!  I have probably received a hundred calls to my cell phone at all times of day.  I do not answer calls I do not recognize. same as most people.  After reading other people's postings I wanted to add an interesting piece of information that may REALLY help someone out.

I admittedly have poor credit history and was proud to pay off a Spiegel bill for nearly $800.  Since that time I have been contacted by about three separate companies because the payment was not applied to my credit report!!!!!!  These accounts are bought by other companies and some people probably pay multiple people for the same bill over and over.

Repeatedly recieving calls from this no and 6147296036,303255125 - Supposedly a world financial bank institution. Supposedly my express credit bill was due which skipped out of my mind. But definitely this is no way of calling and hanging up on hearing the voice. Leaving no msg at all. Keep recieving calls even after I paid the bill online(which was immediate).

The number is from World Financial Bank. I called them up after a few days of automated machine calls and after directing myself to an actual person I found that they had some other person as having my cell phone number. I was easily able to remove my number so hopefully I wont receive any more calls.

This is World Financial Bank, which handles quite a few catalog/store accounts. Mine is with Newport News, an account which I have been disputing for 8 months. I sent back 3 items, they said they never received the items, and they call every day, 5 times at least. I will go online and make a complaint against them for harassment. Hope this helps someone!

NO MESSAGES left! why call me if you wont leave a message? i have no business with these people. i have no idea who they are, but if they are "world bank" as others say i dont know why they would call - my express card is paid up to date!

I keep getting calls from this number and when I answer, the call is cut off!  It's maddening!  If I owe someone some money, I'd like to know about it ... but how can I if they won't talk to me!!  Ahhhhhhhh

I agree!  If they're calling for a valid reason, why can't they leave a message??

Unwanted calls from a bank.

Its a collecting agency... They been calling me from all different sorts of numbers.. like 4times a day because I havent payed a store called EXPRESS, for a long time.. so if you guys have bills that need to be payed.. they are calling you because they want some form of payment... If you pick up and say that you cant pay it right now, because you have no money.. or no job to pay them at the moment.. they will put a hold on the calling for 5days then the calling will start again.. and u tell them the same info and then again they verify your address and stuff as well once more...I dont even pick up anymore..Im tired of having to repeat myself every 5 days.. lol.. These 2 numbers have been calling me for days....I know most people say this is a collection agency, but I honestly have nothing outstanding/owed to be collected.  My problem with these people is that even if I did owe something, they do not identify themselves as any business name on caller ID, and they are not listed as reverse lookups either.  they call...and my phone does not even ring...just shows missed calls, and they NEVER leave a message.  This is very shady and does not seem legitimate at all.  I called back and was asked for information I would never give over the phone to anyone, so then the operator got snippy with me, threatening to "note my account that I refused to take care of this matter".  DO NOT GIVE INFO on cell phones even if you know who you are talking to...people with scanners and BBerry/Droid apps can listen to calls and can hear your info!!!!!!!  ONLY respond to collections via mail that you can verify their addy/phone #!  if you do owe them money...they will send you something in the mail...it is the LAW they have to notify you in writing!
