614 754 4056 - I believe this is a phishing number used by scammers, debt collectors, or telemarketers to determine if a number is active or not.  If they cannot get an answer from your number calling from one of their "legitimate" company lines, they use a spoofed number to see if your number is a dead end or not.  The caller ID for this number  is spoofed with Owens Corning because it is a common household name and they are betting that you are curious enough to pick up the receiver. If you do, that is all they need and they will hang up.  Now they know your number is live and may continue to call from their regular numbers or sell your number to a list.  They will never speak to you or identify themselves. If they did, sooner or later someone would report them to Owens Corning and their lawyers would come after the scammer in a big way which is not what they want.  If you don't recognize the number, don't pick up. If it is legitimate, the caller will leave a message.

They call about 3 times a day..I do not answer the phone..

Calls several times a day.  Just called again at 8:30 this morning (Saturday 7/11/15).  Under the name of Comenity.
Also has called as Comenity with  614-729-5606.  I have not answered my phone.  I never answer for "telemarketers" or other unknown callers.  They never leave a message.  Calls like this are basically the reason why we got caller ID on our land line several years ago.  We are on the no-call list but it doesn't help with all of them.

they call my fax line incessantly.... shows up as Comenity, I've no affinity cards or accounts. My call blocker list of numbers from these jokers is now at 16....... 8 calls yesterday, 6 so far today ..... annoying!!

Just gave them my new number yesterday, and I have received FIVE calls since then, including one this morning at 9 am, on a Sunday!! Comenity is the issuer of credit cards like Victoria's Secret, The Buckle, Express, etc. They're calling because a bill is behind. I was going to make payment arrangements with them because I became disabled recently due to an injury at work. They say on their website (in a very friendly manner), to call them if you are having issues paying your bill. But five calls between Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning? I don't know if I want to talk to these people. They already come off as rude and inconsiderate.

Received two calls from this number, no answer when I picked up the phone. I added this phone number to Auto reject list.

I don't have any credit cards, or accounts. I get 10-12 calls a day.  starting early in the am as late as 9:40pm  I answered b(by Mistake) month ago, they said it was some credit card I owned from 2004, Told them not me, mailing address they gave was not mine.

They call me an average of 10 times a day. I answer every time and they keep hanging up on me. I tell them that I need help with my pants because I cannot control my bowels. They hang up before I can get even half the sentence out. I tell them that shoe and shoelace are meaningless without the other. They hang up before I can get out half the sentence yet again. If anyone has any advice on how to get them to talk to me and/or call more often, you can reach me at 610 609 9505. If they are fishing, I got two good rivers within a 3 miles radius; the Delaware River and the Schuylkill River. They can fish to their hearts content.

Gee I wonder why they keep calling?  Because they have someone on the other end with the mentality of a 2 year old.  There is an adult way to handle them and then there is your way.  Publishing your phone number on a web site like this will now guarantee that you will receive tons more unwanted calls since it will be harvested and sold.  So grow up.

I am so sick of these calls after I asked them not to call my cellphone. Yes they are Comenity and they are as slimy and unethical as they come. Many have reported their practices to the CFPB and FDIC and they are currently under investigation.

Comenity Bank services cardholders for Victoria Secret and Maurices and more. It's your credit card calling because you missed a payment.
