I press the buttons I need to press but it don't go through because they keep calling I was trying to let them know that they have the wrong number

A debt collector, technically. But I actually did forget to pay my bill a few days ago, so it was legit. Not a scam.

Ummm, it's Comenity Bank.  I forgot to pay my Victoria's Secret bill and they're on the rampage.  So it's technically not SPAM; it's an attempt to collect on an overdue bill.

They call me every day and my phone rings for hours. I got this phone from when I bought it from xfinity now I have to take out the battery because the won't stop calling

Just keep calling , they leave no message. Very annoying!

Forgot to pay my Buckle CC last month. Only missed a single payment but they call every single day, 4 times a day and leave multiple messages. Relax, you will get your money on my next upcoming bill. It's an honest mistake...

Victoria's Secret calling because I forgot to pay my bill OOPS

Effen idiots call me from (913) 312-5191. Later in the afternoon, they call me from (913) 312-5192. Another two hours later they call from (614) 754-4135. I'm blocking all numbers. They don't even leave any messages from all the numbers they called from. Quit calling my landline folks!

This Commenity Bank (Victoria's Secret, etc.)  They are using several numbers to reach the card holder.

Debt collectors are known to call outdated/wrong numbers. Unfortunately telling them they reached the wrong number rarely puts a stop to the calls.

It's Comenity Bank calling re: a Torrid credit card.  Technology a bill collector and not SPAM but they are relentless and the bill has been paid so not sure why they continue calling endlessly.

How does one company call from so many different numbers and my bill is still not up on my due date? This company is a pure ripoff. I hope they get taken down!

Omg. Mortified! After receiving 5 calls in the past few days, all from different numbers related to Comenity Bank, I had come on here each time and written how annoyed I was. They never leave a message. Well..... gee was I stupid. I forgot I made a purchase at Victoria's Secret on my Angel Card 2 months ago and COMPLETELY forgot to pay it. I've never missed a payment ever or anything!! Luckily I called and they courteously reversed the late fee. Omg. I've been blocking their calls because they never leave a VM. My advice, check your credit cards people!!

Comenity Bank calling in reference to my Victoria's Secret card. They call and text me multiple times a day every day, but I don't know why because I'm 100% up to date on my payments and have always paid on time. They're driving me nuts.

I can see ignoring their calls, especially if they don't leave a message, but how did you ignore the bills you received in the mail?

Try calling the number on your card - not this one! - and ask what the deal is. It's quite possible this number has been spoofed so don't call this number.
