I was told i was going to jail if i don't settle out of court for $1,820.40. Something from 2007! He had all my info from the past but nothing current. I called my lawyer and he said if they contact me again let hum know but do not give them payment info!!

So did you give then any info? Samething happened to me, they are calling me back later, cause I said I was at work

They called me and I told them they were fraud and a week later I received an affidavit and I was in a lot of trouble I couldn't believe it

Scammer who uses scare tactics. Said she worked in the fraud dept. Gave her my lawyers info. Sounded like a cell phone to me.

I got a call from Katherine Davis said I owed a debt I filed bankruptcy they said cant do that and your going to be located and arrested lawyer said its a scam

I received a call from Katherine Davis and just got scammed. I am so upset and feel stupid I am not sure if my bank can get my money back.

check out the BBB online you can find some information about them as well I know i called my lawyer the sheriff in town and courthouse they said its illegal for them to threaten you and your family its a scam and against FTC regulations I hope you can get your money back.

I tried to look up National Bank Security and Atlas Mediation, LLC online and there is no listing under the BBB. They keep calling me to get the other half within 30 days. They said if I don't pay that a bench warrant will be released in my state for my arrest. I didn't think you can so that.

They cant do that for a debt its a scare tactic type in the phone number under the bbb and i found it said fraud because there is no address i even tried to look it up i would call an attorney if your scared

I just got the phone call from them. Called kept breaking up like a cell phone. Said I had to pay $559 in a hour and a i/2 and other in 14 days to keep it in her office and out of court. Put me on hold 2 timeds to take to their lawyer for several minutes to get a better deal.
