some guy on an answering machine caled office of david ingram and allen canter threatening to move a case forward,which i know nothing about....

I am continouly receiving threatening phone calls from this #, which i have no clue why they are calling me. I got a call from a catrina West.

This Is a debt Collections agency trying to collect on fraudulent debts that no longer exists usually they are payday loans that are out of Statue limitations they will threaten to put a felony on your record for fraudulent charges which no collector can do no collector can tell you that they can give you a felony for a debt that went past due or is charged off so do not give these people any of your information they are committing a crime themselves it is a federal law that you have to follow guidelines with the FDCPA collections collectors all across United States have to take a test to know that so do not give these people any of your information

I got a call from this number and the same people today...

I received a call today threatening me about defrauding a bank I never had an account with

I received a phone call from this number from Andrea Clarkson saying she was from the National Frud Investigation Services in Nashville, TN.  The phone number is actually linked to some company called Adelphia.  I told her I was recording the call and she said she did not give me permission to do so but continued on with the conversation.  She stated that she was giong to issue two felony warrants against me for fraud regarding a payday loan I received in 2005.   I asked her if she was affiliated with a local law enforcement agency and she stated no.  If you're not a law enforcement agency, you can't issue warrants!  I then explained to her that I didn't take out a payday loan in 2005 and I hadn't received any written demand on the debt and I wanted validation.  I also reminded her it was a violation of the FDCPA to threaten me with legal action she had no authority to take.  Even if this debt was valid and I had committed fraud, which I haven't, the statute of limitations was well past.  She hung up on me.

It's a collection agency called Adelphia trying to represent themselves as a fraud investigation company.  They threaten you with legal action they can't take.

I received the same type of call but she said her name was Andrea Clarkson.  I think she changes it up so she can't be named in a lawsuit.

Have you heard anything back from them since?

they keep calling me and I told the lady she was a se threatcammer and hung up on her-she called back and left me a msg and called me [***]!! kept the recording-what a idiot. then some guy called me back with theatening mgs!! they just dont stop!! big scammers!!
