Ditto everyone else's sentiments about this guy. Creep-o!! He told me how sexy my name and voice were and that I probably dressed just as sexy. I went silent and that's when he said, "Baby are you there?" I immediately hung-up at that point. Has anyone reported this to the authorities??

This man lives at 1718 Delta Avenue Nashville TN 37208. He is truly wierd!!!! I have been trying to find out exactly who he is as he goes by the name Rick Rintolli, however his cell phone came up on the caller id as 615-578-0677 (Bruce Johnson). When we questioned him he just continues to dodge his real name. The bad part is that he is staying with an elderly woman (80 years old) and she admits she doesn't know him only that he was homeless and she felt sorry for him and is allowing him to stay in a camper. This has scared me because there are young children in our neighborhood that he always tries to talk to and befriend. OMG!!!!!

I was completly weirded out this morning when at 10:30 i recieved a call from this guy. i thought he was a drunken client, and proceeded to ask him if he was calling for the lawyer or not.  he insisted on keeping me on the phone, making me feel very uncomfortable, by pulling the same "sweetheart/sexy voice" thing and when i asked why he was calling he said "Kristi Head" and said that was a nice last name, that maybe id give him head sometime because "all men like head" told me i must dress nice and it would be nice to see what i look like "under those clothes" . i became very uncomfortable and told him that i am at work, and my boss will be upset if i do not get off the phone, he persisted with the crude jokes and remarks and would say "oh i can tell i made you smile. i bet you could make me smile too.. thats great we're both smiling." after he tried to give me the survey, i hung up.  he then called back and by mistake i answered and he said "oh im sorry im on a cell phone i lost your call forgive me...and then began the crude remrks. i hung up and he called again but i did not answer the 3rd time.

whats really freaky is today i am at the office alone my boss is out of town and the lady i work with is out for the day. i felt like i was either being stalked or watched. it has made me highly uncomfortable. im just glad i was able to find some info on this.

I work in a law office in Alabama and got a call yesterday from him but from a different cell number.  615-474-2105 (Caller ID says Roberta Cox).  Also said his name was Rick Trippatolli.  Said everything mentioned above about calling a Christy Head but would make the best of the situation since he called the wrong number.  Was doing a panty hose survey...even had the nerve to ask me my height, weight, and age (of course, I lied about all that).  Kept him on the phone hoping my boss would come in my office and then I was going to let HIM talk to "Rick", but I finally just hung up on the perv.

I just received the EXACT same call as the two above me.  Same remarks and names.  This guy is crazy and needs to be stopped.  What is it with legal assistants and paralegals???  Looks like that's who he calls most.

I posted something on this guy a couple of years ago.  Can there be more than one person doing this???    This guy was asking about panty hose too.

Same thing just happened here and it would appear the last post here was in 2011 - so he's still at it!

I feel bad for all of you for getting these calls . But why are you waiting so long for ? Call the police tell them youre getting these calls even if youre at work too . Change your phone # s to non published # s . ALL OF YOU !!!!! That way , the police can nail him & then you all won t be bothered anymore by him . You all have to change your phone # s asap , or even like NOW !!!!!! The sooner , the better .

Changing you phone number can backfire.  There is a limited number of phone numbers available.  Dropped numbers get re-issued, sometimes just a few weeks after the previous owner drops them.  Your new number may come complete with the pests the previous owner was trying to get rid of.

I just received a call at work from this guy (public office) and he said the same things that everyone else in the forum has said. He called from an anonymous # and I finally hung up. I managed to record a few minutes on my cell and I have someone looking into it. Hopefully he'll stop!!

Well, Mr. Perry, if you have proof of illegal activities in your possession, why not take it to the Prosecutors Office and let them decide what to do with the information, rather than stir up an old thread nobody has been bothered by for almost 2 years now.
Posting your own phone number is only an invitation for scammers to call you, so don't be surprised if your suddenly inundated with calls. You could have just posted that information on what Authorities to contact right here, instead of soliciting callers to spoon feed it to them.
