They threatened me and my family regarding something from 2007 that I wasn't involved in and when I asked more questions, they hung up on me.

I got a call from a so called law company which claim I owe money to cashuntillpayday loan that I paid off in 2011, when I told them I could produce receipts, they named another loan BGM which I paid off over 4 years again, and I  said I have that receipt also.  At first they said if I could prove I paid that would be fine but when they realized that I have proof, they change their story and said that unless it was the actual company.  I asked for a fax number and the person’s name which they would not give me said they would call back.
