car waranty fraud

I have now received 3 calls from this number, claiming that my factory warranty is about to expire.  It's not.  Each time, I hit the number to be removed from the list, but I continued to get calls.  Finally, I pressed the button to connect to someone. When I tried to inquire about the company, the woman hung up on me.  I believe that the law says the company can be fined, and they have to pay me directly.  The problem is find out who they are, since they won't say it.

this number must be the same scam .  I receieved one yesterday from 603-214-3340 and added that to my screened number list and now i got the call today.  the message from yesterday was about my car warranty about to expire ( i have a 1990 van ).

Get this call about every 2 hours for the last 2 days on my cel phone.  It is getting annoyoing.  Don't have any vehicals with warrenty.  Same deal, talk to somebody and they hang up on me.

I am getting phone calls from them also.  I just bought a new car 2weeks ago so I know that this is a scam.  When I inquire about how they got my number they hang up on me too.  Most of the time it's Carlos who answers

just received a call about car warranty. pressed 1 to speak to someone. He immediately asked for my vehicle info. I asked "Do you know who you're calling?" And he hung up on me.

I have been getting calls from these telemarketers as well, how can we stop this? The calls are to my cell phone. It is very irritating, I dialed the 1 to talk to them to tell them I don't appreciate the calls, they just hang up!! The number that comes up is-616-597-4012,

I believe we can start here to find out who to sue, as they are enabling this illegal fraud to continue and can therefore be sued as well:

these are some real jackholes   they have called my cell like 10 times from 10 different numbers and i talk to someone everytime and they end up hanging up because they dont know what i drive and then i cant call them back ----thats the only thing that pisses me off is that i cant call them back

Getting calls about warranty on my vehicle, which ran out about a year ago.Getting calls from a lot of different numbers.603-214-3340  616-597-4012  706-844-1241  402-982-0468  419-241-4753  614-761-1584  201-917-7310  703-954-6222  818-870-9114  866-591-5013 757-436-4900. These are calling me on my pre-paid cell phone and will not stop, they just hang up on you. Can something not be done about this.

They call several times a day about a car warranty I do not have!

Go to the FTC complaint assist every time they receive one of these calls. I've been doing this every time since a few days ago, because these calls will just not stop! Maybe someone there will actually do something about it if they get enough complaints!!?!?!
