Scam?  Sounds like it.

Have continued to get unsolicited calls from this number, which gives  environmental tips.  I called the number and complained that I am on the national and state Do Not Call lists.  Just call the number a few times and leave blank messages to tie up their mail box.

Same as Brian--ceiling fans. The number appeared on the Caller ID but the name appeared as 'Unknown Name'.

recorded message left on vm about using ceiling fans. I've also had these calls show up on other lines. Maybe they're just looking for useable #'s to sell to telemarketing.

Caller ID indicated "EArth Day" -- seems to be the same "message", although the caller ID is different from prior calls.  Changing their business name regularly to avoid do-not-call guidelines?  I filed a complaint with www.donotcall.gov.
