Getting unwanted sales calls. I am on do not call list.

Missed call 10 minutes ago, left no message.

How do they get our cell numbers? Our house numbers?

I can beat the lot of you.  I'm from the UK and I'm getting calls from them.  My number that they keep calling is neither a landline or a cell number.  It's the Skype number I set up so my fiance and friends in the USA can call me.

SKYPE!  NOT EVEN A PHONE!

I want to know how on earth they got THAT NUMBER!

I'm sorry, but do you mind explaining how "America" is responsible for a phone call you didn't want?

The cell phone service providers sell them. When i got my first cell phone and turned it on, within 5 minutes i got my first SPAM call.

Left a message on my voicemail.  Recording trying to sell me a security system,

Got several calls from that number, and I just press the "END" botton as I do not recognize the number! (last call was sep 26, 2014, 4:03 pm.)

Mark: They get the phone numbers through a computer scanning all phones in telecommucniation systems (to include Skype , as it contains phone numbers!) and picking them randomly...sort of speak...

This is a robot call from a place trying to sell security systems. If you answer, the robot asks you to press 1 if you want to talk to someone, and 2 if you want to be removed from their call list. It's probably best to just answer this call and press 2 or else they'll keep bugging you.

Automated call about a security system.   According to http://www.fcc.gov/guides/unwanted-telephone-marketing-calls they are not allowed to call mobile phones regardless if they are on the DNC or not.   So I will be reporting them. Lets see how this goes.

Number called my cell phone, refused to pick up. We've been getting a lot of weird numbers recently so I look them up to see who they are. Added to my phone's reject list, will see how that goes.

Left a msg saying I was referred by a friend for a wireless security system

Received a call from this number at 12:18pm October 8th, 2014. Didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer the phone. They did not leave a message.

I got a call from this number during school and almost got in trouble. But all the voice mail said was "please press 1 now" i did like 4 times but it kept going.

I didn't get a call from this # on 9/26/14...I got a text. It said please text me and I didn't but I never did anything else. I don't care who they are but I mean come on...how do they get peoples' #'s?y guess is 1) They buy them from people who work at phone companies or hackers or something. 2) the phonebook. (I'm gonna go with 1)

This number called my 14 year old son's phone so I called to see who it was. Busy tone.
