DTE energy scam. Came up as Grand Rapids MI

Very rude. Gas company scam

"Entherm" Gas management company... scam trying to lower my DTE bill. Calls repeatedly, completely rude when I ask if they are a 3rd party. Will not stop calling.

Keeping recieving calls from this number, always leaves a voicemail.First 10secs is background noise, then the person introduced himself. Said he wanted to talk about my DTE bill. And to call back on his extension and to have a copy of the bill on hand. This time he said he was from a company called entherm.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.. SCUM  They say they are from DTE. Cannot supply any type of account # but want your bank info. They are EXTREMELY rude and persistent. If you hang up on them, they keep calling back and are even more rude. They WILL NOT remove your name from a list. We just now tell them a fake name of the person handling the DTE account and than keep them on hold. Air Horn tactics are next!!     Shameful people working this scam.

Pretty much the same experience as everyone else. Rude, aggressive, belligerent and evasive when asked a question. Calls right back when hung up on. Caller ID said it was a "cellular call".

Yep, same experience as everyone else.  Wants to review your DTE bill with you and continues to badger you with phone calls even after asking to be removed from the call list.  Caller ID shows "Grand Rapids, MI."

Entherm - Dana- Says that she is from DTE.  When our Acct Payable Employee hung up realizing that they were not from DTE.  She called right back asking for the same person.  When told the Employee was on another line, she was completely rude and said that they were not.  When told that they were she still insisted on talking to our Employee.  When asked if we could take a message she wouldn't give the company she was from.  She only gave her number and name.  When asked again what company she was from she replied Entherm.  When our Assistant asked why she said she was from DTE, she replied that she was calling about the DTE phone bill and became even more rude.  She told our Assistant that maybe our Acct Payable Employee was incompetent and she needed to speak to the CEO.  When told that he would not speak to her, she insisted on talking to him.  When told that he would not speak to her she became even more upset and rude.  We told her that we would take her name and information and pass along.  SCAM!

Calls before 9 am and after 9 pm. SCAM. Very rude and persistently annoying.

Asking for DTE information, not a DTE Rep.

They are so rude. I tell them I'm not interested, they try to keep me on the phone. I'll tell them I'm with a customer and they will still continue to pitch me. If I hang up on them, they call me back. I called their corporate number to tell them to stop bothering me, and she was just as rude as the people who normally call. Hopefully now the calls will finally stop.

They try to make it sound like I'm leaving free money behind, and pretend they are not trying to get me to switch to their service. They flat out lie about their intentions and why they are calling. They will say it's because they are contracted by DTE to make sure customers take advantage of some rebate, but that's not what they are really doing. They are trying to get people to switch to their service. Deceitful and rude to deal with.

A guy by the name of David.  Very rude & pushy individual on the line asking to speak with manager.  When telling him there was no manager to speak with he was very rude and condescending!  We do not even pay utilities we are a tenant in the building!

So rude!!! I asked his name and the reason for calling and he told me, “when you’re ready to talk like an adult call me back”.

Scam caller, asked to speak with the office manager so I told them they were unavailable and hung up. She called back and left a voicemail about how rude it was of me to hang up lol.

I have received multiple calls from this phone number, asking to speak to the business owner. When I asked the caller for their name and where they were calling from, they refused to provide this information and became hostile.

Called our church and asked for the pastor or treasurer, I told him neither was available.  The caller then asked if I handled the bill; I just answer the phone. I asked if I could take a message.  He left his number, extension and said his name was "Kirk Cameron", LOL!

Same experience as everyone else. Claims to be calling with DTE but unable to give acct # or other information. Then said she was with "Entherm" and that they supply DTE with their gas...? She would not even tell me exactly what she wanted to see on the bill unless I had one in front of me. When I told her she would have to speak to the owner she became rude and said it's urgent and to have him call back by 5pm. I looked into Entherm and thye said they do not do any type of business like that and I was not the first caller in the last couple months. I called this number back and explained that I called the real Entherm in Minnesota she said she is in Colorado and that Entherm is her company. SCAM

Call numerous times a day.  They state that they are from DTE and want information from your statement.  When you start to ask questions they get very rude and hang up.

Got a call from these idiots today on my business line and wanted a copy of my consumers energy bill, I just laughed cause I have DTE. Bunch of scammers even in times like this. SCUM OF THE EARTH SCAMMERS
