Leaves no message. When I call back I get a recording saying thier hours are between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm. However when I called it could not have been later than 6:00 pm anywhere in the u.s.

Called at 1:40 PM - did not leave message

caller id says "LIB MGT INC" it is a recording for "debt resolution"  
i have had this call MANY times in the past. i called it back and actually got a recording that i will be passed to the next available person or press 2 to be removed from there list, now lets see if that will happen.

Caller ID reads LIB MGT INC.  When I answered the ph one, there was a computer-generated male voice that said, "Hi. This is Rudy," and then dead air (connection was still open - no dial tone - but no one on the other end of the line.  I put the call on "hold" until they finally hung up a few minutes later.

It was a missed call, but there was a weird message when I called it back.

Leaves a spam message on work voicemail about once a week, saying "I want to talk to you about your credit card debt." I have no credit card debt.

On Friday, I received a marketing call from 616-980-2404, talking about credit card debt resolution.  I pressed 1 to be removed from the list and was confirmed.

Today, Monday, I received a marketing call from 616-980-2425, offering Satellite TV.  Hey, surprise - this is the same voice on the recorded message from Friday.   I called waited through the recorded offer, and was transferred to a low-life.  I got Carla, politely told her I wasn't interested and wanted to be removed from the calling list, was given a simple "OK", then was hung up on.  [***].

I called back, went through the IVR and had my number removed.
