Pretty sure it's a collection company, as I do have a number of unpaid credit card debts due to a recent (very ugly) divorce, a layoff due to back problems and finally an unsuccessful back surgery that left me unable to work, according to the orthopaedic surgeon ever again.  I've had to take in strangers as roommates just so I can pay my basic utility bills and mortgage.  I have had them cost almost in repairs to my home as I have collected in rent, so I'm basically just sinking further in the hole.  Bankruptcy will be my only option, but I'm not sure Ill be able to keep much including my house, which is all I have left after selling literally everything including furniture, electronics, all my vehicles (even hobby project 'scrap' cars).  And I'm only in my 30's, so I could have 50-60 more years of this to look forward too - YAY!!

A very rude man calls here numerous times. We have repeatedly ask him to stop. He hangs up and calls back within a few minutes !!!!  We will just have to disconnect our phone service.  I don't see any other way to stop this idiot!!!!
