Unsolicited offer to buy home that is NOT for sale. Might be a scam, too. Beware!

Keeps texting offering to buy my house, which is not for sale.  Very creepy.

Multiple text solicitations assuming I'm somebody else and asking to purchase a house I don't own.  Number is linked to a Keller Williams office out of Portsmouth, NH

Keeps texting me about a house I've never heard of, asking if it needs repairs or if I want to sell. Keeps calling me Daniel (not my name) and says his name is Jeff. I've never texted back and got 3 text messages in 4 months.

Very creepy text message, stating as follows: "Hi-Any idea who's the owner of ......(has my entire address listed here)?  Owners name might be .... (has my first name listed here)? I wanted to see if they were planning on listing the house. Im not a realtor".    Of note: the house is not for sale and this is an unsolicited inquiry.  I reported and blocked the number.

I got the same type of call today. I thought it was legit as he was calling about a home on the street where I used to live. No answer when I called him back even left a message. I won't do that again.
