    Caller ID says "SPAM? CAMBRIDGE".

    I pick up.  They ask for me by first and last name.  Caller has an American accent.  It's some type of chimney sweep.  They'll be in the area and blah, blah, blah.  They are cold calling me in violation of the federal do-not-call list.  They never identify themselves (and if you press these companies they either lie or hang up when you do).

    I always tell these companies that I just had everything cleaned.  That way they no reason to call me back anytime soon.
