Why would McCain bother making false solicitations for Obama?  Ridiculous.  Both of those corrupt idiots have plenty of money.

The caller told me he was from the Democratic National Committee.  It seemed rather shoddy and suspicous.  Now I read on this thread it is connected to some Republican group, up to some nefarious purposes no doubt.  Just another reason NOT to vote for McCain!

Called me on my land line at 7:30 P.M. on a Sunday. The caller did not answer. I am not aware that I have received a call from this caller, in the past.

Who says its Obama that is asking for donations?  

Just because they use that name does not mean they are affiliated with him.

They called at 8:45 am Monday morning - did not leave a msg. Silence on the phone message, and then a hang-up.

Called at 8:57 AM and didn't leave message. Has called before and I never answer.

Call came in this morning, with number and "RRP" as sender.  Republican something or another, no doubt.  Obama was just in town for a big rally here in Louisville, KY last night.  Left no message.

yes it works, but not for charity calls or calls from companies you already do business with. only for sales calls, like from 'true green lawn co.'

This number called and it was "Cynthia" asking for "Sue".  I said "yes" and she said that she was from "Insight" seeking funds for "Paralyzed Veterans of America".

These people call on average of once a night, every night, and on Sunday mornings (sometimes twice).

I did a number lookup on White Pages via Yellow Pages. It says this number is from Cambridge, MA.

got the call on my unlisted cell phone number. as i answered i could here a second party line with a woman giving personal info to the machine generated voice offering free movies..she spelled out her name and zip and city and state. something is really fishy here

someone just called my cell phone from this # saying he wanted to ask me 3 questions about new movies

got 5 calls from this number already and it's irritating. They don't leave any messages and whoever you are if you're looking at these STOP CALLING!!

Been calling incessantly, including five times today. Caller ID reads: Pacific Hub.  When you call the number back, a recording says the number is not currently in service.
