Called the number back and they state they are the Career Institute

received a call from 617 245 9609. hysteric call, cursing, abusive. have no idea who he/they are. do NOT answer him/them, your ears will melt.

call came when we were out, no message left, reverse lookup yeilds non-published number in Mass.

Called my cell..no answer. They called again 15 minutes later and I didn't answer!! No idea who they are.

Called....left no message...I know no one in that area code????  I'm going to report to the "do not call" agency!

Leads are generated by responding to web adverts. This is what happens when you respond to web adverts for free [***] and don't press the 35 "no thanks" buttons. You MUST click no thanks buttons, or else you'll be bombarded with calls and junk mail. There is a way to optout by calling any one of CI's numbers back. Press option one to speak with somebody, they will take you off their call list.

I am on the Do Not Call list and within the 5 years coverage.  I received 1 call yesterday, but several more under different area codes and business names within the last 2 days.  I did not answer, no message left.  You can file a complaint at www.donotcall.gov or if the calls are threatening or harrassing you can call the Annoyance Call Bureau at 800-348-8727.

Is it just me or does anyone question the validity of this www.800notes.com website?

PS I do not snag things from the internet so per jm above, this is not the only source.

THEY NEVER L;EAVE A MESSAGE JUST APPEARS ON MY CALLER ID

I WANT THESE CALLS TO STOP!

I have received multiple calls from this company, Career Institute. They never leave a message and have called my cell phone frequently. another number they have used is 617-245-9609. Call any of the numbers, and press 1 to speak to a 'career specialist' and ask to be taken off their list. They were very pleasant and I have stopped getting the calls.

The caller id showed Career Learning.  I have received many calls from this number and decided to finally pick it up to tell them to take me off their list.  When I answered they asked for my 13 year old daughter.  When I said she wasn't home he hung up.  Next time they call I will say that I am her and see where it goes.

After hanging up I called back the number and it rings to Tucker, Ellis and West law firm in San Francisco.

WELL i HOPE YOU ARE HAPY WITH YOUR SEVES WHO EVER YOU ARE  BECAUSE  YOU GO T ME FIRED FROM MY JOB TODAY  AND THERE ISN'T ANY AROUND HERE  WHERE i LIVE THANKS a LOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They've been calling my cell every 1 to 2 hours.
They also call from another # 2 weeks ago that I did not save, but I told them to remove my # from their list, they say ok, 2 weeks later (starting on May 4 2009) they are calling again for diff. # above...

I got a call from (617) 245-9609.  No message left.  Tried calling back but line was busy.  I'm also getting calls from other numbers every 20 minutes or so.  I honestly don't remember signing up for anything with Career Institute or whoever it is.  The other numbers are.

This is starting to get seriously annoying.

I'm so tired of these idiots calling, I think they need a new career. they call all day and night, from different numbers never leave a message.they call my lan line and my cell from all the numbers that are listed above. I think we need to start a class action lawsuit for harrasement, do you all agree?
