This number was on my caller ID wk of 10/25/08 no message.617-284-1299. Another call today 10/27/08/ at6:44 pm. I answered and a male voice i thought to be late twenties, early thirties asked for JoAnn.No one here with that name.I called that number within 3 min.kept ringing no one answered.Check on it only to find others called by the same number.

i am on the national do not call registry and have seen all the posts from

people who have been called/harrassed by this phone number. I would love to

know why the phone company knows this goes on but still lets it continue!

I got a call from a representative of the Vote No on 1 campaign. They were very nice.

same thing happened to me, they called 3 times yesterday and 2 times today, i answered it once nd i just heard breathing. strange

called numerouse times, never left a vioce mail. answered once and all i heard was heavy breathing. i tried to call back but it just rings and rings

I got calls from this # and then mailings today about the POOR BI Hospital employees who have to pay increased health care costs.  Meanwhile, people in my area are looking at COBRA patients because they have no jobs.  The mailer and recorded voice were incredibly condescending. Probably not the best tactic to use in this economic climate, unless it is a vague tactic to build up support for gov't run health care

12/1/09 Received a call from the same # today. Said his name was Marvin and he was Calling from SEIU (Service Employees International Union). Most likely stumping for Martha Coakley in the Mass. special election.

I keep getting this number on my cell...no message left on my voicemail. Really annoying. I think it's the SEIU. I work in a hospital and have dealt with this before. I will def be reporting this to my union rep! They should not have access to my number. I have a mother who is ill and I jump each time the phone rings! Jerks!

just got this call.  They said they were from the Martha Coakley foundation, and wanted to know if I voted today. I said yes, they thanked me and said goodbye. I did call back and there was no answer

can somebody do something about this number. my brother gets the same thing ,someone calls from that number and hangs up. we try to call back and no answer.

call from the union, (PAC) that i had to join at MIT, seiu, in spanish no less. i don't speak spanish.

Long, recorded robo-calls in Spanish almost every day. From "SEIU" (Service Employees International Union), so I assume it's political crap (can't tell for certain because I don't speak Spanish). From this number and others.

Got a call at 8:15 tonight. No msg left when i called bsck no answer....i work for a hospital and sm a member of SEIU only because i had to. I have a new # and its not listed...not sure how they got my #!

I'm part of seiu 1199 and have never hade a call from a number that didn't leave a msg or answer the phone when I called back. If it is an seiu 1199 member they don't know u can't call people at 8-9pm

Like most everyone here, I keep receiving multiple calls at different times of the day from this number. It keeps leaving me silent voicemails and I cannot call it back, it just rings forever. It made me a bit nervous because I thought it was just me but seeing all these posts helped me see that it's just a pest for everyone.
