    I didn't answer - no message was left. I called back after a minute and got a recording that "this survey has been closed". So it was for a survey - could've been political or for mkt research as I sometimes participate in mkt research surveys.

    I just got a call from this number, they said hello and I said yes? Stupid me, I should have answered can I help you. :(
    It was a recording, so then I hung up. Redialed the number on a landline and it the recording said that the survey has been completed. I hope this scam didn't lock me into anything! The caller id said it was coming from Milton.
