- DanielNational Grid has been calling me for months about having to "change my meter every 7 years". I have given them my landlord's information but they won't stop robo-calling me. The voicemail they left is legit and they leave an actual National Grid number to call them back on (1-800-233-5325). Not a scam. Just annoying.

- Jennifer Cort replies to reluctant phone answerer| 1 replyThey call me all the time, but I actually need the meter change. I made an appointment a few years ago and got the day off & they never showed. They said I have to be home. They just drive me crazy. I can’t get a person again, just these spam calls. But my meters needed to be changed about 2 years ago. It does read right. So they base it off my past and area average usage. Idk how they can make me pay for something they tell me they can’t even get an accurate reading. They usually drive around to get readings, but have to come up my driveway to my house to investigate and always tell me I have to contact national grid and get it changes. National grid it the worst. Almost as sick as xfinity! 😂😂
- BigA replies to Jennifer CortYou have a meter that "reads right" but they can't get an "accurate reading" off of it? I have to wonder how you can't get anyone on the phone there unless you keep calling after hours.
