NOTE: Sarah this is the SAME # you have here . For OVER 20 M I texted this person back & forth regarding renting this house

I was given a whole story about how how he came to own house then got transferred out of state for a job. I was supposed to go 10/24 to see the house. I am disabled & do not have a car. My friend took me to see the house. As I approached the house a young man [probably[ in his 20's came out of the house.

I asked him about the house; saying I had responded to an ad about renting it. The young man explained that he had just started renting the apartment on June 1 & his lease did not end until May 31!

I tried texting & calling the man on this # ==  no answer on phone | no response to text

Still sitting outside   1007 Iredell St, Durham, Nc 27705 I researched further & found a local # 919 416 0393

This # was to a PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. They said THEY ARE  THE SOLE MANAGERS OF THIS PROPERTY & IT WAS INDEED RENTED UNTIL THE END OF MAY. They said that NO DOUBT THE PERSON POSTING THIS AD ON HOUSE FOR RENT . WAS WAS A SCAMMER

I had the same thing and story with him  on 18 Mar 2019.  about a house in Olive Branch MS

We are in Findlay, Ohio, and have experienced (texting) the same thing from this phone number. It is saying his name is: Rivas Martinez, and he is using Cindy Padilla, and using her account number for us to send a cashier check! Beware! Alert! This guy is a fraud! the house address that we were inquiring about is at:123 Huron Rd,

I found a rental listing with this scammers number in Brighton TN as well. Tried to call it. "Text app subscriber is unavailable". Please, everyone, if you can't actually call to talk to the person, don't waste your time. I've learned the scammers don't do phone calls. So, now, I call all phone numbers on listing's I'm interested in. Good luck!
