robo call saying it was an URGENT message about my electric rates increasing and press "1" if I am a homeowner to speak to a representative. I pressed one and reamed the guy a new one for constantly calling my cell phone which is on the do not call registry. He claimed he was with a "Community Outreach Group" and the DNCR does not apply. I called back from my blocked landline phone and got a recording to press "9" to be put on the don not call list. THis smells like a solar panel scam. Careful people

The number came up as Quincy, MA.  Didn't answer, they didn't leave a message, and I'm blocking the number.

The caller ID said Quincy and I did not answer. Block this number. I have gotten so many calls from this number. All these numbers talk about electric bills .

Called my cell. Left no message. Now they can't. Buh-bye scammers.

They're trying hard! Kept ringing my line.  I blocked the number, as I don't answer any I don't recognize.

Ok ... here ya go I finally found it after receiving many of their calls from several different numbers.
Here in MA the telecommunications center is based out of Holden, they have a telecommunications center with a switch number, that is why if you block them, they can call under a different number. They never show their true company number or location via their switch number.They have many telecommunication centers in various locations and other states as well.
Through legal papers filed in 2013 by their attorney , the name of the company is Nexus Communications Inc. , the president is Steven Fenker and according to their motions filed for the Commonwealth as a Telecommunications carrier for low income support and offer  wireless lifeline service. It's a scam to trick you into using them as your carrier. Always check your phone bills for additional carrier charges. This is how it happens, just by pressing buttons.

They are based out of Columbus Ohio at 3629 Cleveland Ave. Suite C
They also go by the dba of TSI Telephone Company

Robo caller

Came up as Go green on my AT&T caller id. Assuming its a robo call/scammer as u all have indicated. I looked up Go Green and there is a local company by that name but this isnt any of their numbers.
