Peerless doesn't seem to have good follow-up.  They stopped the calls for me, but at one point there were supposed to have an engineer call me back and they didn't respond to my email complaint.

First complaint to the NOC reduced the calls to 2-3 calls a day (huge improvement from the 30+) and they stopped call my cell complete.  Second complaint I called in a few days later stopped the calls to work completely.

I'd suggest that you get a case # or ticket # from whoever you speak with at the NOC.  Even if you don't get to talk to an engineer (the guys who do the actually emailing to the scammers to tell them to stop)
