Thank so much for that information and link. I got a call from these people on April 24, though I just received the message today. A woman left a message on my voice mail stating that she was with the Processing Summons Division and that two charges were going to be filed against me in my county for fraudulent activity attached to my name and social security number. She gave me a case number and a number to call to discuss the charges. Of course she didn't leave the name of the company, and the number I'm suppose to call back is to a cellphone. In any case, I won't be calling these losers back. I will wait for them to call me again and will threaten them with legal action for committing fraud.

617-939-0065 has called my in-laws house phone which I never use for anything and my cell phone # that's not listed in my name. I think it's funny how the recording states your name and case number and not the person calling you. Also I'd expect something in the mail rather than an odd phone call wanting me to call them back. Must be because it's tax season and they are looking to scam people. Such a shame there are people like this.

This number txtd my 15 yr old daughter about some type of charges that don't pertain to her nor myself and we just got this number less than a month ago. After numerous attempts i finally got them to answer. The female (because i cant use profanityon this post)  was dispicably rude and very unprofessional and when i asked for her supervior she claimed she was the supervisor then hung up in my face.

Darn those SOB!! I get a message stating that I have 2 charges being filed against me for flagellant charges. They gave a legal # and phone # 617-939-0065. When I called back, they would not give a company name other then "this is a legal company". She was very rude and stated "have fun in court".

I have been called by this trash for at least 10 years. They always ask for Brett Gardner. I have encountered a human sometimes and told them I am not him and this is not his phone. I have left messages, It makes no difference. My experience of reporting scam incidents to government departments like the FBI even with very precise evidence is that they just do not bother.
Very sad as they should protect decent people from these vermin. Until the government wakes up , most likely never, this type of activity will flourish until it becomes an uncontrollable industry.
I mean how tough can it be for the FBI to find who pays their phone bill because someone is.
Your elected representative is probably your only flimsy hope.

Just change your number.Be sure to get throwaway(prepaid)sim cards and be sure to get 2nd sim card if you apply for loans,etc because that,s how collectors get your number,this way you won,t have to listen to these aggravating calls.Works fir me-got them off my back fast
