They called asking for me first and last name only and that 2 charges were being brought against me and my social security number for fraudulent activity in my county.  When you call back there is no name of the company and when I google the process division and number I get it is a scam.   For them to call someone and state that there are charges being brought against them is wrong when it is a scam, it is not right at all.  I have a family I am supporting and I have done nothing wrong

They are saying I have charges of fraud against me and they can help.

I got this call from 617-939-0207 that a warrant was issued for my arrest. Well I am still waiting. I am not going no where.

said that they received a faxed copy of fraud charges filed against me.  they want me to get in touch to resolve this matter.  I don't think that you can resolve being served over the phone.  ignorant.

Just got a call from a 617 939 0207. They are going to file charges on me two charges and I need to call them. I just had surgery and do not need to be stressed out with this foolishness. I am trying to focus on recovering. If I find our who these people are I will sue them for emotional distress. This is ridiculous. I have not done anything wrong.

This number has called me again this morning. This is so frustrating. I do not have time for this. I am trying to recover from knee surgery.

They just called using the same message and from another number: 708-843-8054

These people keep calling and harassing me. I do not owe them anything!

Total Scam! They call from 708-843-8054 and 855-244-7206. They left a voicemail as a recording saying I will have two charges of fraud against my name and social security number. They do not leave their name or a phone number to call them back at. When I called the number back that was on my caller ID it rings and then you get a recording that says this call may be recorded for quality assurance. If it was a legit collection agency, they would have the name of the business on a recording and then their debt collectors would go through the speech... this is an attempt to collect a debt...
They tried to tell me I had a payday loan out from 2007 that I needed to pay. Why wait 7 years to tell me I have a payday loan out that I never paid back? I told her I don't remember taking out a payday loan in 2007 so I will not pay. She said OK, we will send you a court date soon. Yes it was scary because she had the last four of my soc, my old address and an old email address. Someone I know ran the numbers through a legal database that they use at work and told me not to pay them because there is no name or address linked to these phone numbers. DO NOT PAY THEM!

Received threatening message of a pending Civil Suit with Case # & threat that "all my civil rights" would be forfeit if I didn't call this number ASAP before the suit was filed. Called & spoke to Eric Becket who said I had defaulted on a loan. Googled number & discovered it was a scam & am now getting call backs from "Eric" from another number (914) 652-2742

I just received a call from 617-939-0207, claims of pending legal action, CRS Solutions, no other information or anything in writing to very if legitimate.
