Just got a call from 617-939-0638 and they left a treating message saying I will be charged and summons. All they will say is that it's the legal department.  I couldn't find the # anywhere so I call it and it was the same lady on the voice mail saying it's the legal department and refused to say what company she works for so I hung up.  I is legal for them to make such threats?

Ive just been called from the same number. I dont know what to do. They are saying i saying same thing.. But its a guy.
