Duct cleaning company called USA Cleaning on Caller ID -- they have been harassing us for months and we have NO ductwork!

They called for the first time today.  I called the number back and a computerized voice said that if I wanted to be on THEIR do not call list, I should press 1.  If I wanted to speak to a live person, I should press 2.  So I press 2 only to have the same voice say the mailbox is full.

What a joke.  They won't be able to sell water to a dying man in the desert.

Caller ID showed:  V10813185300016 with phone 618-551-5551 area code is in Southern Illinois.  Decided not to answer.

Your scamming callers do not maintain this site or this web page. No callers can magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments. Criminals who mass-dial and violate the Telemarketing Sales Rule have no plans to stop calling you no matter what you say. They need first to be sued or jailed.

Caller ID just showed the # 618-551-5551. Wife answered...no one on the other end.
We get HUNDREDS of calls like this every year. I thought the DO NOT CALL LIST would work after 3 years)......yeah right....after lots of agonizing research....DO NOT PUSH ANY BUTTON THAT THEY MAY ASK YOU TO PUSH!!! THIS WILL TELL THEM THAT AN ACTUAL LIVE PERSON IS ON THE PHONE.

You can push 1 button. Drop the scammer in a toilet bowl and push flush.

Scrolling through the logged calls on my Caller ID, I found I received a call from this number on 1/10/13 @ 10:20 AM.  Didn't answer it, and did not have any idea where the call was originating from, until I checked here. Why I as someone residing in WA State would be inclined to schedule an appt. with an *alleged* duct cleaning firm calling/operating from halfway across the country is beyond me.

I called it back and tried pressing 2 for speaking to a live person but was told the mailbox was full...so I did what I always do...

I save all spam phone numbers in my phones contact list under the name "Telemarketer" so when they call back (and they always do!) I don't have to wonder if it is someone I know. I also set all Telemarketer numbers "not to ring" so unless I'm by the phone and see it light up, I don't even hear their repeat attempts. Makes me feel like I'm in a little bit of control over them :)

Marked them as Junk and set ring tone to No-Ring.

These people need to get a life.this is getting out of hand.They just change their name and number.thanking they will never get caught  maybe they are right.

These  folks are scammers who have been working this scam for years.  They also are connected with a bunch of other scams (as we always tend to receive the scam calls in batches).  The claim to clean ducts, carpets or fireplace flues ... and the reality is that they just want your credit card info ... so that they can clean your wallet.  There is NO way to opt out of their calls ... and they are simply criminals who have been at this for a VERY long time. They also seem connected with the credit card scams and pretending to represent charities.

Just got the first call will inform Dan Kleckner and see what we can do about this.

Repeat call from these scammers selling air-duct cleaning services.  I broke the cardinal rule about not pressing any number to speak to someone.  This lady (and I use the term loosely) finally answered.  I said, "I don't have any air ducts and you are making illegal tele ..." CLICK!  All I can do is report them to www.donotcall.gov.  We all need to do this!

USA Cleaning.  There are several of these bogus companies out there.  They want to give you an estimate for air duct cleaning, then they'll ask you for personal information without any intention to provide the service.  Don't answer the phone -- it's a scam.

Reporting this number to the do Not Call Registry does no good. Best to just give the telemarketers your credit card number, your social security number, and the keys to your house.

Called this morning at 8:00 am (2/11/13).  Let the machine get it.

Scammers, totally and completely.  They have been calling us non-stop for months.  Now the Caller ID reads DUCT CLEANING instead of USA CLEANING, but it's this same phone number.

Give them NO information.  We all need to immediately rEport them immediately to www.donotcall.gov.

Vector Marketing seems to be a different company in a different town.  Just because the two numbers have the same area code does not mean there is a connection.
