Intercepted by my call blocker as SPAM.

Didn't recognize number, don't know anyone in Illinois. Caller ID came up as "Unknown Name". Rolled to voice, no message, only a few seconds of a lot of call center noise. We've been on the Do Not Call Registry for ages.. blocked and reported.

A woman with an accent called me by name.  Said she was with Senior Care.  I immediately hung up.

Medicare premise phishing for personal information.

Called and went to VM but they hung up.  Will block nbr.

Senior / Medicare scam targeting the elderly ( hence the time of day they call ) using a call center based in India spoofing multiple caller ID's in the hopes you'll fall for one of them despite having blocked the previous one .

Suggestions ;

1) Blocking the number is a waste of time . By the time you do they've spoofed three new ones

2) If you get the opportunity to talk to a real person ... assuming you can speak a foreign language other than Spanish .. have a bit of fun with them and adapt an alter ego of the language you can speak . I do using my eastern European alter ego speaking a somewhat obscure eastern European dlalect ( related to Russian/Ukrainian ) ... and let me tell you ... the confusion you'll cause is well worth the time

3) Can't speak a foreign language ? Respond  with.... " Agent ( chose a name ) fraud division ... to whom am I speaking "... At the very least that'll prompt the fastest hang up you've ever heard !

Hang Up... I blocked.
