What is the inmate phone scam?  They called me too.

1st call from this number since Phone call tracking began, suspect telemarketer

Caller ID said "Services Report", I said hello twice with no response. They're now blocked.

This is a masked phone number from India, they are targeting elderly people (and non-computer literate) claiming the person's computer has a virus or is sending out bad information to some "server."

They are attempting to gain remote access to your computer so they may begin stealing data (for blackmailing and/or electronic ransom)  and/or installing programs to steal your information/track your keystrokes, etc. They are attempting to get you to run a program that would give their end a direct connection to your computer, that they will then disable your ability to turn it off from their end.
