Sexual harassment, unwanted contact. When asked how they got my number they said they couldn't tell me, and when i asked to be taken off the list they said they couldn't.

I just got a call from this number to and they wanted my dad then knew where I lived and asked if I was the owner then asked if I can help he hung up.

My phone has rang 4 times in the last 2 minutes. The calls were from thsi number. I didn't answer it because I don't answer my phone for numbers i don't recognize. Seems like it was a good choice.

Just got a missed call from this number.
Immediately googled it online to see.
Glad I did.

Got a call from this # they hung up I been getting so many calls from Chula Vista

lots of call centers out there calling cell phone numbers. I thought this was illegal?

anyway, after 2 seconds, lots of chatter in the background, I knew it was a call center (because I get enough of these).

They call for the following reasons:

give you a free "something", to later sell you something. (ie., free home inspection)
or collect information (ie., is this mr. jones? do you still live at 123 main street?)

This guy supposly named "Tom" called us asking for my mother in law n had our address and everything? Asking if I was her daughter I said no and began to say "okay then sexy" i was totally freaked out and asking who was this and where he calling from he started to tell me he spoke with her 6months ago about doing some "stucco work n painting our home".... I told him he would have to speak with her and to call back within the hour and he said "if I don't i will be there tomorrow to start on the house" I said "No you need to confirm with my mother in law first!" When my mother in law got home I asked her and she said no way! she never ever spoke to anybody I then called the number back and it's not a valid number!! Be aware people, scammers and creeps! Who calls somebody sexy like that? Freaks!

A man named Tom called yesterday and asked if I was MS _____ and if I lived at ___________ ( he knew my address!) . He stated he would come over at 4pm yesterday. I asked for WHAT? He said for Solar Panels. I asked where he got my number. He said he got it from Home Depo. I asked him if HE was calling FROM Home Depo. He said no, but that he had information to give to me about the solar panels. I told him I did not own the house and that solar panels were not allowed. He said he would still come over for panels on the windows. I told him NO, that I would forward his phone number to my husband and that my husband would call him back. He said no, he would call back at 6pm. I asked my husband. He said he has no idea who is calling and to ignore the call. Nevertheless, one day later, the guy called back again. I told him to stop calling. He said, no, I am calling you back. I said to remove my phone number. He kept saying I can't, but I need to talk to you. I hung up. I have already listed the number in my phone contacts as FAKE number/DO NOT ANSWER. The background noise sounded weird - like a call center or something. I called it back and IT is a fake number!

Been getting lots of calls from the above number. ..glad I never answered...  Lots of scams out there

This numbers has called me atleast 3-4 times a week for the past 2 weeks and eachtime i pick up, they hang up within 5 seconds.
i've waited to hear him speak first but he won't. i answered normally and he still hung up.

from the comments above it looks like this guy is only willing to talk to females... sounds like a rapist to me.

I just told them it was a wrong number... eventually, maybe they'll stop calling

Got a call asking for asking for my ex-husband, I said they had the wrong number and they asked if this was his wife. I said yes but that I wasn't married to him anymore.  He then said he saw my online dating profile (which I don't have) and said he likes what he saw and some other inappropriate things.  I hung up.  Thank goodness it wasn't my daughter who answered.

211-5555 just called me again, but this time i tested him.

my prior post suggested that he only responds when a female picks up the phone.

well this time i answered my phone in a girly voice and he totally bought it, started talking to me all nice; verified my name and tried to verfiy my home address but i didnt go any further than that.

he's only after females, either a rapist or one trying to take advantage of females.

i think next time im'a invite him over to my house n set up a sting op lol

As for the number i going to try to answer it and it is some telemarketer or something i am going to block it

I am 15, and I got a call from a man named Kyle, and he claimed to have done paintwork for my mom who I don't even live with and has NEVER gotten paint done. I asked him if I knew him and he said "Id like to meet you!" the fact that he knew where I lived and he asked to meet me is just too creepy.

Stop answering his calls.  You might be able to block calls from his number.  Or you can put him in your contact list - give him the name "pest" - and assign it the ring tone "no ring".  That won't stop the calls but it will make them easier to ignore.
