Same type of call... the number wasn't attached to any name that's in my address book, so I always let them ring through. No voicemail from anyone. Then I call the number back using an unidentifiable work number (911) and I get a recoding saying the number is no longer in service. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I received a call from this number. XXXXXXXXXXXX.CA was also on caller ID. That's all.

I get a call everyday from this number (619) 221-5973, no one there if I answer, and recording says the call can't be completed as dialed when I try to return the call.. Caller ID says XXXXXXXXXX. Very annoying especially considering my numbers are on "the do not call" list.  I had this same problem for a while from an AT&T number, could it be them again?  Why can't AT&T stop this from happening, surely they could trace where the calls are coming from. Apparantly AT&T doesn't value my service enough to follow up on these "prank calls".

Calls from this number in Chula Vista and a few other numbers, from the same area code, began a couple of days after I gave my number to someone I met at an MLM meeting. Coincidence? Maybe. (As someone else mentioned, if I don't recognize the # I won't answer). I highly suspect that now my number is probably circulating among some list.  Who knows. But it certainly began then.  

Fraudulent scammer using a phony caller ID of XXXXXXX CA. The number used by this shyster-con artist is now blocked. Wish the Feds would crack down on these criminals.

We've received three calls from this number and the Caller ID always shows a fake combination of letters. Told my wife it is probably some type of suspect racket and it's best not to pick up at all. A real business wouldn't resort to hiding its Caller identity.

Dork trying to sell crap. NUMBER BLOCKED.

Whoever this is keeps calling and if I do pick up all I hear on the other side of the line like if its a whole group of ppl making no ice in the background.

Whomever is calling left a 3 second recording on my voice mail. All I could hear was what sounded like five or six people blabbing away in what most likely was some type of call center scheme. Very bogus and most definitely a spammer (who else would use XXXXXXXX for caller ID?). Number blocked.

leave a message. guess i'm on a list of some sort.

FRAUD!!! Phony caller ID -- bunch of Xs. Picked up the line and heard what sounded like chickens clucking in the background -- then the line went dead! SCAMMER SCAMMER SCAMMER.
