One ring-no message. Blocked by someone.

Cold calls by Keller Williams trying to find homeowners who want to sell.  We're on the national DNC list, but they don't care.  The caller id reads "Najar, Michael"  I forwarded the call to Jolly Roger Telephone, and let the bot waste almost 4 minutes of their time.   :-D

Female caller, said they recently sold a home in my area (named a nearby street) and wanted to know when I was going to be selling my home.  When I said I wasn't, she then wanted to know my email address so that they could send information that might be helpful.  Uh huh.  They are already violating DNC list, so why would I give them my email?

This numbers calls quite often.  Usually, no message.  This one said he was Michael Najar from Keller Williams realty.  Breaking the DNC list.

They're still calling. Thanks for the info guys!

Received call from Drew about them just selling a nearby home and having current buyers looking in area. When I questioned further to get callers full name, he hung up. Reporting for DNC violation, and to the CalBRE. Also logged a complaint with his office manager.

Received a call today from Michael Najor saying they recently sold a home in the neighborhood and had a buyer and was I interested in selling my home but to ignore his call if my house was currently listed. They are violating the DNC registry and I am so sick of these bogus daily calls!

I received a call from them. (Michael Najar) I picked up the first time cause I wanted to know what they wanted and knowing Spanish I started jibber jabbering in Spanish threw the guy off, he kept saying what? huh?  excuse me? what was that? I'm sorry but I can't understand a word your saying let me call you right back. Of course he did and I let the call go to my answering machine. He said he was trying to sell a house in my area and he wanted to know the market value of the places in my area and if I didn't mind sharing the cost and value of my place. This dude is crazy to think I'm gonna give him that information. He then stated if your place is on the market we are not looking to buy. This is not a soliciting thing. As soon as he was finished leaving his message. I just blocked him number. Bye bye Michael Najar go harass someone else.

Over a year and this one is still calling.  Says Kellar Williams realty.  Certainly would never give them my business.  Caller ID is Najar Michael.

A cold called supposedly from Keller Williams wanting leads for sales. Sounded very suspect if not outright lies.

same as above...DNC list is nothing more than a computer that takes the info when you complain and does nothing with it...another waste of tax dollars. The only time we hear about a prosecution, is when a high ranking politician or their donors get upset.  Calif. state real estate board won't entertain a complaint...follow the money
