Same clown, different number. I have ALL of these incoming vague numbers listed as DO NOT ANSWER 1 through 14 (so far). I'm sure the number will go up eventually.

I also received calls from this number. I never answer number I don't know. Just downloaded an app called Calls Blacklist, this is a great app. Just enter any numbers you don't want to see, this app will block from showing, ringing... Make sure turn notification off...

Caller asked if I wanted to save money on my electric bill.  I asked them to take me off their list. She kept trying to engage me in a discussion about saving money. Most likely trying to schedule a solar evaluation...  I told them to F' off and hung up.  Three hours later she called back, said "[***]" and hung up. The number is now blocked from calling me again.

Got a call from this number at least 10 times over the past few days.  I answered once and told them I was not interested and not to call back again; take me off your list.  Then they kept calling.  I called the number back and left a v/m on the machine that picked up, leaving my number and saying again, DO NOT CALL ME.  THey called at least a few more times after that. Haven't heard from them again today, but now I'm receiving calls from a similar number, and I'm not picking up.

    I have been dealing with the same issue.  Once these guys called about me being qualified for solar power house upgrade.  I said no thank you.  Then, they called pretending to be SDG&E.  My relatives work at SDG&E and they told me that this is a bogus call.  Next, they called using names and asking for specific persons and how they want to help us with our electric and gas bill.  They had been harassing me for quite some time.  I got a few different names from them and I contacted the BBB up in Sacramento.  They are aware of this situation and advised me that the callers are scammers.  The calls then stopped for a long while, but recently occurred again.  This time I called police.  They took note and are aware.  Due to the nature of my business, I advised the callers not to call anymore and before you know it, I ended up cursing them out with foul language so they could stop violently harassing me.  They tried to tell me that I was out of line and unprofessional for cussing them out over the phone.  I told them if they had a problem they could speak on it now because my phone is tapped (this is true, my phone is tapped and I am fully aware).  So I told the callers that I should advise them that my phone is tapped and being recorded.  It sounded like they did not believe me but just recently I recieved a report that confirms this caller is a scammer and is part of an ongoing investigation.  So I advise all of you whom are tired of these types of callers to report the activity so enough complaints can add to the prosecution of harrassment and other applicable forms of telecommunicative bullying.
