They claimed we owe them for a payday advance.  Never got one before.  SCAM

This is a scammer. First the person has a India accent and he/she will tell you that you have defaulted on a loan and they are a collection agency and they are going to take you to court unless you sent them payment.  Of course they can not send you any information or paperwork. Yeah right.  They get want ever information they can off the internet regarding your address or phone number.  They get very pushy so be prepared be become mad.  My personal bank told me they are a scammer company and DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY!!!!!!!

They left me a message about a lawsuit against me would come about if I did not reply to them about an undisclosed issue. Its a scam.

They call me all the time telling they have a lawsuit against me and can't tell me what for. They have also called my daughters cell phones and try to get them rattled they are just a big SCAM and I have told them several times not to call me any more but they still do.  When they called my family and got them upset of course this made me mad.  They are relentless with the calls and just wont stop...   SCAMMERS for sure

These people are ridiculously lame they need to be tracked and arrested. They are scammers please do not fall in their trap

Yes this is the third one I have had from 2 different companies they make all sorts of threats. Tell them to take you off their list block their numbers from all cell phones! Thank you everyone for posting! If it was try we would get paper documents via mail!

Good night
