This is high pressure sales to spanish speaking americans that want to learn english.. it is a scam with high pressure and then scare tactics.

They ask for references and then say if they do not pay the ones they referred will have to pay!

This happened to my employee who is a legal mexican american but felt like he caused me a problem by using my name as a referral.

I checked with the BBB of California.. they have an F rating.. I called the number BBB had listed and it is disconnected.. i called their bank (Wells Fargo) and they gave me a phone number that is ALSO disconnected.

Call the number from one of the three that called my employee and it goes to voice mail box that says full.  the other numbers were restricted.. no doubt they didnt want THEIR phone numbers being called.

scam.. Scam.. SCAM...

walks like a duck.. quacks like a duck.. IT"S A DUCK!

dont fall for their BS... my next call is to the State of California and State of Texas to report them.

Check them out for yourself:  F Rating with BBB

This company has been threatening and harassing one of my employees, I am an attorney here in Phoenix. They've been threatening her with fraud and many other remedies, when she has done nothing wrong. It seems that the number they gave her maybe linked to a law firm in California. Please contact me so we can assist in any prosecution
