call...no message...just hang ups

Didn't leave a message, just hung up.

If you pick up the phone, there is a recorded message from "Diane" offering carpet cleaning services and quoting prices.  It then says "press 1 to make an appointment".  I pressed 1 to find out what company it was but there did not seem to be anyone there.  This same company has called before; once I stayed on and a person came on the line to make the appointment.  When I reminded them about the do not call list, they immediately hung up.  Apparently they did not take me off the call list...

All I got was a missed call from 1-619-342-1003 at my residence. No message or anything was left and I wanted to call it back, but I guess its just junk.
