Called my cell phone, no message left.  WhitePages describe this as type nonfixedvoip and probable scam, but no reports.

Called yesterday just after 6pm, no answer/vmail left.
Called again 5 mins ago (8.35pm), I hung up on caller and blocked number. I couldn't find any info on the number. CID shows as San Diego, CA

Got two calls from this number on two consecutive nights. Didn't answer, no message.

Called one of our cell phones.  No Caller ID info, and left no message on voicemail.

Another freekin scammer trying to rip me off. Screw these people.

so sick of this number popping up on my phone...calls lots of times a day...you cant block it, because they use different numbers..

They just called twice in past hour. Just recently blocked them. Getting other calls that have things similar. Used to have it quiet but think since my parents filed for SS and such these calls have picked way up. We are even on DNC but that is nothing but a joke. It means Do now call and not do not call. Think it is a scammer list now

Called at 10:30pm (you gotta be kidding me!!) Asking about my opinion on Oregon. I live in Maryland, so I don't care!!

wanted to ask me lots of questions for a survey, I'm self-employed and do not have the time, she would not take no for an answer

Got a call from this number this afternoon; they call every now and then.  Never leave a message.   Thank goodness for caller ID -- I just ignore it.

no msg.but this number has called me before and i reported it several months ago...i dislike scams and fail to understand why big bro gobt./corp cant or wont control this junk. i am reistered on the do not call registry for what its worth. basters..

Called one cell, left not message. One second after that cell stopped ringing my other cell started ringing. They are consecutively numbered cells.

Pretty sure USAA gave my number to a third party PLS or PSL for a survey and they in return sold my info.

Many calls from this #. Today told them to take me off their call list. The person continued, could care less about my request.. he stated  he wanted to take few mins for a survey. I had to hang up--so annoying!!

Too many people on here are uneducated about the Do Not Call list.  It only applies to sale calls and NOT surveys, charitable organizations (many fakes ones call you), collection calls, and political calls.  There's not a thing you can do about it other than bug your people in congress to take action against all these types of calls.  In addition, most scammers (thieves) are operating out of the country and are spoofing phone numbers which they change a lot more frequently than their underwear I'm sure.  They're foreign, the do not call list doesn't apply to them either.  Educate yourselves and then take action.  We're all annoyed by these calls.  :(  I blocked my phone number to hear a very low volume message with a foreign voice saying it's a market research company.  It does not identify the research company nor does it give you an option to opt out.  My guess is that it's a not legitimate research company and it certainly is not a US company.  What's your option now?  BLOCK the number.  Apparently they've been using it for months.

I can assure you USAA did NOT do that. I work for USAA and they have EXTREMELY STRICT guidelines and policies on this.
