Caller stated he was with some kind of research organization.  I immediately said, "This is an unlisted number.  Would you please place us on your 'Do not call' list?" and he immediately hung up without another word.

This past week, that number calls my cell phone at the same time each day.  I haven't answered it.  Reading the previous post, now I know what it is.

I also have received calls from 619-471-0953, I know it is a San Diego area code.  The caller continues to call, I do not pick up as the name on my caller ID comes up as "unknown name".  Now I know others are getting the same kind of calls from this number.

Got the same call from 619-471-0953 12/04/2007.  San Diego area code with "Out Of Area" name.

Just got a call from this number and when I picked up the caller hung up immediately. I had the same thing happen about a month ago but did not think anything of it. I googled it and here I am. Very strange.

wow... I've been getting a call from this number everyday at around 5:30 since I reactivated my phone a week ago... really annoying

I have also been recieving calls from this phone number..It is very annoying and it happens at least twice a day and 7 days a week! I called back a couple of times and it is always busy...Thanks for all the input..this site really helps!

this same number had called my house late last night .. i'm wondering if there's a way to block this number from calling . . uhh thank you LORD for caller id . .

I have been getting calls from this number at work and on my cell daily.  Have not answered yet. Glad I'm not the only one  ;-)

I get this call regularly and it is really annoying. It use to come up out of area, now it reads sndg sndg ca. When I looked  that up it was a phone card from e- call China. The calls are coming from San Diego from a phone card.

I, too, have started getting calls from this number. I get about one call a day, although this evening at about 6:30, I got a call and then another one a few seconds later -- not your typical auto-dialer behaviour!  I never answer the calls, and I don't intend to answer future ones. The information that always shows up on Caller ID is AFIELD RESEARCH.  Don't know if that's supposed to mean "A field research" or "Afield Research."  I googled "Afield Research" and came up with nothing.

A response to Don:  I don't think that "sndg sndg ca" is a "phone card from e-call China." In fact, I don't think the calls are being made on a phone card of any kind. I think "sndg sndg ca" is simply some phone company's strange way of abbreviating "San Diego, California."

I get calls from this number daily. SO annoying...I'm reporting them AGAIN.
no messages...and they need to PLEASE leave me alone on sundays!!

I want these people to stop calling me.  I receive about 3 calls per day everyday from this number!

I've been getting calls from these idiots, last one was tonight around 9:05 pm. Guess I will have to call the phone company to have this number blocked or something. If my number is unlisted, I would like to know how they got it.

have recieved this call also multiple times.  Tried calling it back, even tried to have the phone company do any emergency break through to call...but no success.  I am glad there are others like me out there..annoyed!!!
