Car warranty garbage. Same nonsense, just a different number.

same auto warranty call, spoke to someone.  told them to take me off the list since pressing "2" is obviously not working.  I think he pressed a number on his key pad and hung up.

This company calls me at work at least twice a week about some car warranty they supposedly think I have. I keep hitting #2 to be disconnected, but it never seems to work. I finally got fed up enough to talk to the salesman, who answered with a chipper "Hi this is alex. How are you doing today?" I told him fine, but that I wished to be removed from their list. He replied with some line about me "not being concerned with my warranty." I said no, that I still want to be removed from the list. "Wait for the dial tone before you hang up is the only way to be removed from the list," he said, before hanging up on me. [***].

I've waited on the line to talk with someone to be removed in the past (Doesn't work).  He tells me to wait on the line for dial tone to be removed.  I don't have a factory warranty with WHOMEVER this is.  Tired of the BS.
Another website said to call 1-866-225-1956 to be removed.  I've just done so.  We'll see what happens.  NOT OPTOMISTIC

Didn't answer this call. They had stopped calling for a few weeks. Turning off my answering machine seems to slow the calls considerably because they get no pick-up whatsoever. Have you noticed they seem to call in clusters? They called me on the 18th like many calls here.
They're being sued by one state attorney general because the warranties are no good. I wish they would get sued for calling after you tell them not to. According to FCC's website that's against the law even if you are not on the dnc LIST.

I got three calls in under 20 minutes I awoke to the third one. I was half asleep but the woman was referencing my bank card through BofA she kept asking about card ending **** I assumed in my half awake state she was from the bank she said something about wanting to send me a gift card as a valued cust. She asked if I had an email I lied and said I didn't she asked for a family members I told her I wasn't going to give her one. She started talking very quickly and mentioned a magazine subscription and immediately said I wanted no magazines, she said something else rather quickly and then told me to keep a look out in my mail. Today I received an email confirming my subscription to Mens Journal ,Im a woman, and my account was charged $9.95. Tomorrow I go to raise hell with BofA and the mag company. I guarantee that people will hate me tomorrow.

This caller continues to call you even after following the directions to be removed from the call list. This #619(San Diego)along with #562-223-8804 (East Compton CA Cell number) CAll the #'s back same recording about being removed from the call list. Callers are relentless 15 calls in a 6 hr period. After what Willow had to say will have to have my Cards changed.......again.

Same as before caller leaves on my cell no message nor can you call them back
