I got the same call and when I answered they hung up.  I was at work and answered the phone using my work name.

same here. this number called my cell...I did not pick up, no message. Can someone stop this!

Called at 10 am, I did not answer.  An hour and a half later I got a call from 800 000 0000, and did not answer.  No voicemail from either.  I've looked up both on the net and neither seem legit.

I wish something could be done about this...

yea, i got 3 calls from these people and one just a few moments ago.  i used whitepages.com and i found where the call came from.  broadway street in San Deigo.

this number called my cell, no response when I answered.

Called me 2 minuets ago, picked up the phone and no one answered. My best recommendation is to set up your cell so that it won't ring when the number calls.

Same thing happened to me.  I love how we are all getting these calls around the same time.  Does anyone know who to report these problems to?  Also, I have a Sprint phone.  How about you guys?

10:55am- I got a call from the number but don't answer numbers I don't have already saved. It's area code is from San Diego where I have a few friends living so I called back thinking maybe it was their house line and a voice message quickly said they only call business numbers or something and if I'd like to have my number removed from their list to press 1. I pressed 1 and instead of being assured I've been removed from their list it just repeated the first message. I'm from Texas by the way and I have no idea how or why they have my number.

Same here, apparently they're Tenacity Mortgage in San Diego. Weird thing to be calling across the country for, I've never even been to California! There's a lot of people who have been mysteriously called by them, type the number into Google.

"This is your second and final notice that your vehicle warranty has expired, act now to extend your warranty..." Recorded telemarketing message asking you to press 1 if you want to extend your warranty or press 2 to stop receiving these notices, even though the recording made it clear how urgent it is that you act now, and that this is the final opportunity to extend the warranty.

I got a random call from a diff number last week, googled it same thing as today. I even have my number on the donotcall list so im suprised it happened.
